In security legislation, promote the security enterprise restructuring, regulating the behavior of industry, the development assessment prelude activity, strengthening propaganda and theoretical discussion, security professional training organization, organization of foreign exchanges, to hold international fair, standard security clothing management made a lot of fruitful work, vigorously promote the healthy development of the security services, Won the majority of security practitioners and security practitioners of the trust and support.

According to the Articles of Association of China Security Association and approved by the Ministry of Public Security and The Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Security Association plans to hold the fourth General Meeting of members in Late May 2012 in Beijing and elect the fourth Council of China Security Association (the meeting time will be notified separately).

Under the correct leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the new council will adhere to reform and innovation, give full play to the function and role of industry associations, unite all security practitioners and security practitioners, and actively explore a social responsibility first security career development path with Chinese characteristics. The notice on the recommendation of candidates for directors and executive directors of the fourth Board of Directors is as follows:

1. Director of the conditions
   China security association member unit representative or person, healthy body, a highly social sense of responsibility, a certain security or related industry ability of theoretical research or practical experience, able to director duties and obligations, have one of the following conditions, can be recommended for the 4th council member of China security association:
   (1) leading persons of enterprises or units with a certain scale and influence;

   (2) The principal person in charge of the security association at or above the level divided into districts and the security supervision department of the public security organ;
   (3) Professional technical personnel, managerial personnel, experts and scholars with intermediate or above technical titles or equivalent.

   
   2、Standing director conditions
   Members of the 4th Council of CSA may be recommended as candidates for the 4th Council of CSA if they meet one of the following conditions：
   (1) Principal persons of enterprises or units with relatively large scale and strong social influence；
   (2) the principal person in charge of the provincial security association and the security supervision department of the provincial public security organ；
   (3) legal representatives or individuals of units that have made outstanding contributions to the development of China's security service industry；
   (4) Professional technical personnel and managerial personnel with senior technical titles or equivalent titles, and well-known experts and scholars with strong comprehensive research ability and theoretical research level
   
   3、Instructions on the allocation of candidates for recommended directors and executive directors
   In order to promote the coordinated development of China's security services and industry regulations, give full play to the China security association as the national security industry the role of social organizations, increase security service companies in the industry self-discipline activity counselor in the order of the right to refer to the summary table of 2011 national security services basic situation of security service enterprises and security officer in quantity, With due consideration to the actual situation of the less developed regions in western China, China Security Association has allocated the number of directors and executive director candidates recommended by each region and department (see Appendix 2).
   Among the candidates for director, one shall be the principal person in charge of the security association at or above the level divided into districts, one shall be the principal person in charge of the security supervision department of the public security organ, and the rest shall be the legal representatives of the security enterprise; Among the candidates for standing director, one shall be the principal person in charge of the provincial security association or the security supervision department of the provincial public security organ, and the rest shall be the legal representatives of the security enterprises.
   The legal representatives of the first and second National "Top ten" security service companies and the third National Excellent Security Service Companies are directly recommended by The China Security Association as candidates for director or standing director (the quota is not included in the quota of each place).

   
   4、Reqirements
